PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU (PPDB) PROCEDURE TA – TK – SD
1. Kindly obtain the registration form directly from the school office.
2. After completing the registration form, the form along with all the required documents (see in the Qualification page) shall be handed over to the school office.
3. The applicants/parents shall later be informed about the schedule of the placement test.
4. The applicants shall enroll to the placement test, and be informed with the result afterwards.
5. For the applicants who are unable to come to the test, please kindly inform the school for the test to be re-scheduled.
6. Welcoming all the applicants who are announced eligible! Welcome aboard to the big family of Al -Azhar Syifa Budi.
PROSEDUR PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU (PPDB) TA – TK – SD
- Orangtua/Wali murid mengambil formulir pendaftaran di sekolah dan mengisi formulir pendaftaran.
- Menyerahkan formulir pendaftaran beserta seluruh dokumen yang menjadi persyaratan kepada panitia PPDB.
- Panitia memberikan kartu legitimasi untuk jadwal test dan waktu pengumuman hasil test.
- Calon siswa mengikuti test sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Bila berhalangan, orangtua/wali calom siswa diharapkan memberitahukan kepada panitia untuk penjadwalan ulang.
- Bagi calon siswa yang dinyatakan lulus, selamat datang dan bergabung di keluarga besar Al – Azhar Syifa Budi!
